Section 3 Procedure for making service complaints
In section 340B of AFA 2006 (procedure for making a complaint etc)—
(a) in subsection (2)(a) for “an officer” substitute “a person”;
(b) in subsection (4), in each of paragraphs (a), (b) and (c), for “officer” substitute “person”.
