Key Responsibilities:
- Litigate a wide range of workers’ compensation claims involving:
- Repetitive trauma
- Occupational diseases
- Hearing loss
- Death claims
- Conduct legal research and draft motions
- Assist in preparing cases for hearings and trials
- Collaborate with senior attorneys and mentors
While initial case management is not expected independently, comprehensive mentorship will prepare you to handle cases from inception through resolution.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 5 to 10 years of litigation experience
- Strong analytical, research, writing, and communication skills
- Demonstrated interest in long-term professional development
