About the Opportunity
Apple seeks an expert technology attorney to join its Wallet and Payments legal team, focusing on product counseling and addressing commercial, consumer, and legal matters. As part of a global legal team, you will help Apple navigate the legal landscape of digital wallets, payments, and commerce.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Product Counseling: Advise business and product teams on legal and regulatory requirements for digital wallets, including services like transit passes, tickets, and keys.
  2. Legal Compliance: Stay updated on laws, regulations, and industry standards impacting Apple’s services and partnerships.
  3. Contractual Support: Structure and negotiate complex commercial agreements for Apple’s partners and customers.
  4. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with global teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and address emerging technology-related legal issues.

Minimum Qualifications

  • JD or equivalent and admission to at least one U.S. state bar.
  • 4+ years of relevant legal experience, including advising on technology products and drafting complex commercial agreements.
  • Strong knowledge of laws and regulations applicable to technology transactions and payments.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting new regulatory areas and emerging technologies.
  • Strong background in intellectual property law and technology transactions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to lead and deliver results in dynamic environments.
