Sturm College of Law

Denver Law, part of the University of Denver’s Sturm College of Law, has been a trailblazer in legal education since its founding over 130 years ago. Established in 1892, it has played a pivotal role in shaping the legal landscape of the Mountain West region. Notably, Denver Law pioneered experiential learning by launching the nation’s first legal aid clinic in 1904, a program that has evolved into today’s comprehensive clinical programs.
